How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Stukavach account and associated personal data in either of the following ways:

Option 1 - In the App

Open the Stukavach app and navigate to Settings > Delete Account, then confirm deletion. Your account and associated data will be scheduled for removal.

Option 2 - By Email

Send a deletion request to support@stukavach.com from your registered email address. Include your full name and registered phone number so we can locate and process your request promptly.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon confirmed account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

Profile information (name, photo, contact details)
Account credentials and authentication data
Student-related profile data (institution, enrollment details)
App usage data and activity history associated with your account
Referral records and reward history
Uploaded documents and vault files

Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period even after account deletion, as required by law or for legitimate operational purposes:

Transaction or payment records, where required by applicable law
Compliance records related to membership or financial activity
Security logs and audit records for fraud prevention and legal compliance

Retention Period

Any retained data is kept only for as long as legally required or necessary for security and compliance purposes. Once the retention obligation expires, the data is permanently deleted.
