Stukavach Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Service

STUKAVACH is a membership-based student support platform offering access to educational resources, benefits, and discretionary assistance programs.

STUKAVACH:

• is not an insurance provider
• does not guarantee financial payouts
• does not provide financial products or investment services

The platform operates purely as a service-based membership ecosystem.

2. Eligibility

Users must:

• be students enrolled in a recognized institution
• provide accurate and complete information
• be legally capable of entering into a contract

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject applications.

3. Membership Fees

• Joining Fee: ₹999 (one-time)
• Renewal Fee: ₹299 (annual)

Important:

• Fees are non-refundable except in limited cases
• Fees are not insurance premiums

4. Membership Benefits

Members may receive access to:

• student resources
• scholarships
• internships
• discounts
• STUQUIZ premium
• eligibility for assistance programs

The Company may modify benefits at any time.

5. Discretionary Assistance

STUKAVACH may provide financial or non-financial assistance in hardship situations.

However:

• assistance is not guaranteed
• assistance is subject to approval
• assistance depends on fund availability

All decisions are final and binding.

6. No Insurance Clause

STUKAVACH is not regulated by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.

Membership does not create an insurance contract.

No risk coverage, indemnity, or guaranteed compensation is provided.

7. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• provide accurate information
• maintain account confidentiality
• not misuse benefits
• not submit fraudulent claims

Violation may result in termination and legal action.

8. Fraud and Misuse

If fraud is detected:

• membership will be terminated
• benefits will be revoked
• funds may be recovered
• legal action may be initiated

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• STUKAVACH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• the Company is not responsible for academic or financial outcomes
• maximum liability is limited to the membership fee paid

10. Third-Party Services

The platform may include services from:

• partners
• advertisers
• external platforms

STUKAVACH is not responsible for third-party services.

11. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts:

• for policy violations
• suspected fraud
• non-payment of renewal

12. Modification of Terms

The Company may update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

Governed by laws of India.
